Gap 360 is changing its name to Adventure360

It’s time for a change. The website's old, the logo is even older, and what about that shade of green? It’s time for a glow up: new website, new logo - and new name. We'll still be the same amazing company (if we do say so ourselves), supported by all the incredibly talented people who work here.

After many years of Gap 360 helping thousands of people explore the world, travel trends have evolved and shifted. Our travellers are exploring differently, finding their travel inspo on socials, and everyone wants their time away to be as fulfilling as possible.

Gap years aren’t exactly what they used to be, and going travelling now means different things to different people. It could still be a full year away working in Australia, or more likely, it could be a few weeks in Asia or South America as an extended holiday. Travellers are exploring more corners of the globe than ever before, with more focus on authentic experiences, more frequent travels, and connecting with other people on one of our many group tours.

Our core traveller is still aged 18-30, and around 75-80% still join solo. But over time, the average age has trended upwards to people in their 20s, and more people are going on trips with friends or partners as well.

We will remain gap-year travel experts and continue to help first-time travellers take their first journeys. But so many of our travellers return to complete another trip with us, and our new brand will help enable this by offering travel experiences for many years, not only a gap year.

So, in Summer 2026, Gap 360 will be officially changing to Adventure360. This name will better reflect who we are today and into the future, and better connect us with the travellers we serve. It might sound cliché, but we're incredibly excited and proud about the next stage of our travel company, and we can’t wait to share the changes with you later this year.

Why is Gap 360 changing its name to Adventure360?

There are a few reasons, the main one being that “Gap” just didn’t fully fit anymore - even though we still do gap years, the term itself has got a bit old-fashioned and doesn’t reflect all the different travel styles our customers have. We still do gap years, but it's not all we do, and fewer people are taking what you would consider a traditional gap year. Going travelling could be a few weeks out between Uni, or a more adventurous holiday on your work annual leave.

Is Adventure360 the same company as Gap 360?

Yes, the company will stay the same, but Gap 360 Ltd is now Adventure360 Ltd. It's the same staff, office, and trips. The company registration number remains the same, which you can find in the footer of our website. The main changes will be a new name, logo and website domain, plus a fresh new look and feel.

Will Gap 360 and Adventure360 offer the same trips and tours?

Will Adventure360 still be experts in gap year travel?

Yes, we will - even though we’re changing our name to reflect the changes in travel over the last 10+ years, gap years are still one of the core services we offer. From backpacking in Thailand or New Zealand, to a round-the-world adventure, we can still help with all things gap year (including reassuring your parents if you need us to).

Does my Gap 360 booking still apply under Adventure360?

Yes, your booking will remain the same, and so will the Bookings Portal, where you access all your essential pre-trip information. Your booking will continue to have financial protection under ABTOT.

Is it Adventure360 or Adventure 360?

Although we considered Adventure 360 with a space, so many of our current customers use our existing name without a space, so it felt like the right time to drop it. So Adventure360 is the official name (but we'll forgive you if you spell it Adventure 360!).

When will Gap 360 be changing its name to Adventure360?

Yes, and we’re really excited about it!

What will Adventure360 look like compared to Gap 360?
